1. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must submit an exchange request within 14 days of delivery.
- The garment must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
- The hangtag must be attached.
- Items showing wear, damage, perfume, stains, or alterations are not eligible.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size
- Color (subject to availability)
If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may choose:
- An alternative size or color, or
- Store credit (valid for future purchases)
2. How to Initiate an Exchange
To start an exchange:

- The item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
- After receiving and inspecting the garment, we will process the exchange.
- Delivery timelines for exchanged items may vary based on availability and location.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a free replacement after verification.
- Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.
